  • Please allow 7-10 days for delivery (after marked shipped). If you still have not receive your item in this timeframe. Please message me for more information.

  • 5-7 days. Processing time is when an item is being made and/or ready for packaging. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. "Made to Order" items involving epoxy will take 6-10 days to make. "Ready to ship" items will take 1-3 days to ship.

    Please note that this time may increase during the holidays.

  • An item that have not been made. It is made when an item is ordered.

  • A finish product that have already been made and packaged.

  • The difference is the base color and type of cup. 32/20 oz white and silver is stainless steel and insulated for hot and cold drinks.

    The glass cups are made for cold drinks and comes with bamboo lids. The clear is clear and the frosted clear is translucent with a cloudy look.

  • Replacement will only be sent if the item is damage upon arrival. Please message and provide proof.

  • If you decide you do not want the item and would like a refund or exchange. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may/will be deducted from your refund.

  • Yes I do. At the moment, I will only be taking anime/manga panel style cups (similar to what I have on the site). It may take up to 3 weeks as requests are only work on the weekends.

  • Yes and no. Please contact me prior to purchasing so we can discuss whether accommodations can be made. Most orders are shipped via Ground Advantage Package, which typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. For faster delivery, I recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping, 2–4 days, as this may expedite the process on my end; however, final delivery time will depend on the carrier.

    If your order involves epoxy, unfortunately, I cannot rush it. Epoxy requires adequate curing time to ensure quality, and I’m unable to expedite that process.

  • Hand wash only. Please avoid soaking, microwaving, leaving the item in a hot car, or dropping it. This product is not dishwasher-safe. If your item includes a bamboo lid, ensure it is dried immediately after washing to prevent mold growth. Proper care will help maintain the quality and longevity of your product.
